Jesus came for all of humanity as the rightful Son of all creation. Not only does he die for humanity, but he also willingly receives the betrayal of those with whom he shares a meal to save them. To believe in the Son of Man means to believe in someone who understands humanity through betrayal and suffering, and chooses to walk through it for us.
